Terms of Service

✦ In commissioning me, you hereby agree to the terms below ✦

✦ All prices stated are charged in USD

✦ Payments must be made through Paypal.

✦ I reserve the right to decline commission requests.

✦ I am able to stream / tweet your commission unless explicitly stated.

✦ Once payment is made, commission is non-refundable
If I cancel the commission, the client is entitled to a full refund.

✦ Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice, design process will only begin after payment confirmation.

✦ Clients are entitled to five minor changes after draft phase, extra changes are chargeable at 25 USD per major change ( may increase depending on complexity ) and 5 USD for additional minor changes.

✦ Clients cannot edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise or claim/credit the commissioned work as their own, or as another individual.

✦ Credit the commissioned works to Ran Remora or @ranremora accordingly.
